Return Process

  Contact our customer care team or visit your local authorized Gus* retailer within 30 days of delivery to start the return process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are securely repacked in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit and qualify for a refund.

  Schedule Transportation

  We will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient pickup date from your home or office.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
